Her career in real estate has been no different, enjoying recognition for her sales production each year.

Just in 2022, she was named to Coldwell Banker’s International list of 30 Under 30 real estate professionals and had the honor to be on an All-Star Panel of some of the brand’s biggest hitters at Coldwell Banker’s annual convention Gen Blue in Phoenix, AZ!

Mary Ashleigh loves to serve others and appreciates the recognition for how she serves her clients, but the recognition is not why she works hard. As a mom of twin girls, she knows just how important it is to be in a home you love. Not only that, but the feeling of being able to provide a home for your family is second to none.

She has lived in the Upstate for almost 30 years and knows the community well, driven to helping others love it as much as she does for its diversity and culture. 

Real estate is challenging. It's not just going from point A to point B. A transaction can have many ups and downs, but Mary Ashleigh’s goal is to see clients happy and confident in what can be a stressful and emotional process-whether they are buying a home, selling, or both.
